Tasha here sharing a card created for the Dare 2B Artzy August Challenge.
This card was inspired by the new Sunshine and Rainbows stamp set. The card base was made with heavy card stock and I layered D2BA pattern paper and glitter card stock to bring in tons of rainbow colors. This card fold lays flat for shipping but can pop up; making it easy to display.
I wanted this card to be bright and cheerful. To achieve this, I used the Sunburst Stencil to add sun rays and create a sky background. This stencil is awesome and one of my favorites! I used D2BA Ink to stamp the rainbow layers and Totally Black Ink for the sentiment. The greeting "Sending You Sunshine & Rainbows" is perfect for a Get Well card!
Lastly, I cut the Get well sentient with the D2BA Get Well Layered Die Set. I really like having the pink background and white letters on top. The white letters pop against the pink and the colors coordinate great with the pretty pattern paper. I also added some pink and pastel purple enamel dots to finish the design.
