There's Snow One Like You!

Happy Friday!

Tasha here sharing a snowy holiday card featuring the new 6107 – Snowman Hugs Set from Art Impressions. I am not a fan of Winter, but I dolove creating cards with snowy scenes and cute snowman stamps—and this little couple is just adorable!

After stamping the sweet pair, I used the included dies to cut them out before coloring. To build the Winter scene, I framed them with the 5782–Snowflake Die, which adds such a perfect frosty border for this style of card.

For extra color and texture, I layered the center panel over an oddly embossed red card stock piece, then added navy blue and black layers along with a candy cane striped pattern paper. I love how these colors pop together!

Lastly, I stamped a simple “Merry & Bright” greeting in red ink and attached it to the bottom of the center panel. Three glittery enamel stars in the sky finish the design with a little sparkle.

Thank you for checking out today’s card, and I hope you have a wonderful day!

Happy Thanksgiving Card!

 Happy Friday Art Impressions friends.

Tasha here sharing a Fall themed card inspired by the current Art Impressions Gobble-Gobble! Challenge.

Thanksgiving is next week and Art Impressions has so many great Fall sets to create fun cards and projects. Today I used the 5507–Harvest Together Set to make a golden Fall design. I stamped the girl scarecrow and cut her out with the included dies; I just love her basket of apples! After die-cutting, I colored her with Copic Markers and used foam tape to pop her up in the center of the card.

For the background, I blended a warm golden sky and added a wooden ground for a rustic look. I also used three dies from the 6046–Scalloped Oval Dies to create a pretty layered frame in rich Fall colors. To finish the card, I added layers of white, copper, and black card stock along with a piece of Ai plaid paper for an extra cozy touch.

Warmest Wishes!

Happy Friday! Tasha here sharing a holiday card created with the new 6084-Woodland Mailbox Scene Set from Art Impressions. Now that we are in the month of November, it's time to get going on holiday cards and this cute set is perfect for happy holiday greetings! I just love the little bunny pair mailing their Christmas cards; so sweet!

I colored the scene with markers and added falling snow with a white gel pen. To complete the design, I layered silver glitter paper, gray, white, and blue cardstock, along with a piece of Art Impressions patterned paper. For extra detail, I used a border die along the bottom edge of the patterned layer; it adds a fun little touch!

Lastly, I stamped “Warmest Wishes for a Merry Christmas” onto a white banner and adhered it to the card to finish the design.

Thank you so much for stopping by today, and I hope this inspires your holiday cardmaking! ❄️✨

Joy of the Season!

 Happy Friday Friends!

Tasha here sharing a new holiday card inspired by the current Art Impressions Masculine Masterpieces Challenge. I can honestly say that I struggle with creating masculine cards so this challenge was a great for me. After looking at all my stamp sets I kept going back to the new 5953 - Woodland Critters Set and was drawn to the holiday deer. I really like the one ornament hanging from his antler!

For the background, I created a little forrest wine scene. I tried to keep the colors darker to go with the masculine theme and also chose darker colors for the deer's outfit. I usually go with bright colors but love how this sky looks with the falling snow!

After I was done with the center card, I added layers of red and green card stock, and attached a piece of Art Impressions plaid pattern paper. I wanted to stick with traditional holiday colors and this plaid paper goes great with the outdoor scene.

Lastly, I used a white gel pen to add snow to the trees and decorate the deer's clothes. I also attached a simple holiday greeting to complete the design. I hope you enjoyed today's project and will join in the current Masculine Masterpieces Challenge!

Winter Wonderland Shaker Card!

 Happy Friday friends!

Tasha here sharing a card inspired by the current Art Impressions "Under the Dome" Challenge. This challenge is all about shaker cards and I thought is was a great time to make a Christmas shaker card.

My project features one of the penguins from the new 5929-Christmas Train Set. This set has several cute penguin stamps to choose from and this little guy was the perfect size to fit inside the plastic dome. I also created a little snowy background before adding the winter themed sequins; these colors are so pretty!

After my shaker was completed, I added a sparkly silver glitter layer, a scalloped red frame, and layers of black card stock, silver glitter paper, and a candy cane pattern paper. I also attached a snowflake pattern paper from the 5963-Winter Woodland Paper Pack to coordinate with the scene.

Lastly, I added a simple "Winter Wonderland" greeting before adhering the card to a white card base.

Thank you for checking out today's card and I hope you will join in this fun challenge!

Mousey Christmas!

 Happy Friday!

Tasha here sharing a new holiday card featuring the super cute 5564-Mousey Christmas Set from Art Impressions. Now that we are in the month of November I have been busy working on this year's holiday cards. Art Impressions has so many cute holiday sets, but this little mouse is adorable and so much fun to color!

The little mouse image was stamped with black ink and colored with Copic Markers. I used the included dies to cut the him out and attached him to the card with foam tape. I love the hot cocoa cup filled with whip cream, marshmallows, and candy canes; I would totally enjoy this warm drink!

To complete the card I attached a simple holiday greeting and layers of red and teal card stock, a pretty silver glitter paper, and a piece of Art Impressions holiday paper. I also adhered several white enamel dots to complete the design.

Thank you for checking out today's card and I hope you are having a wonderful day!

Next Stop the North Pole!

 Happy Friday Friends!

Tasha here sharing a new holiday card featuring the 5929 - Christmas Train Set from Art Impressions. Today is the first day of November, so it's time to get a jump start on holiday card making and this set is perfect for this year's Christmas cards, gift tags, and craft projects!

This set includes the coordinating dies and you can mix and match the train cars to fit your project. I decided to create a slimline card and wanted to use as many little penguins that would fit; I love penguins!!! My favorite part was coloring the little hats and scarves, I made each one a different color and used a white gel pen to give a knitted look.
For the greeting, I embossed "Choo-Choo Merry Christmas" directly on to one of the train cars and love how the bright white color pops against the dark red. To go with the holiday theme, I colored the train in shades of red & green and attached holly to three cars for extra detail.

Lastly, I added a night sky and white paper for the ground to resemble a snowy hill; I like the Winter night look. To continue with the holiday theme, I attached layers of black and red card stock, and snowflake pattern paper. I also adhered little peppermint shaped enamel pieces to the train's wheels and added red glitter to the berries to complete the design.

Thank you for checking out today's card and I hope you enjoyed a peek at the new 5929 - Christmas Train Set.

Have a great day!

Kindred Stamps Novemeber Release - Midnight Couple Stamp Set Sneak Peek!

Hi everyone and welcome back to my blog!
Today, I'm thrilled to give you an exclusive sneak peek into the captivating "Midnight Couple" Set from Kindred Stamps. As a lover of storybook princess themes, this release has truly stolen my heart, and the majestic castle stamp is nothing short of fabulous!

Card 1: The Royal Center-Step Fold
The first card features the enchanting royal couple against a backdrop of the new "Stroke of Midnight" paper pack. The center-step card fold adds a touch of regality, and I've adorned the panels with delicate paper hearts that perfectly complement the fairy tale theme. The color combination is simply irresistible!

Card 2: Triple-Cube Magic with Castle Elegance
For the second card, I experimented with a triple-cube card fold to showcase the majestic castle stamp. Mixing different pattern papers, I paired the royal couple with the castle, creating a harmonious blend. Utilizing the shoe print for the inside areas and framing the outside squares with blue glitter paper, this design offers space for greetings, the couple, and the castle. Plus, it folds flat for easy gifting—truly a win-win!

Card 3: Shaking Up Fairytales
The last card introduces a whimsical fairytale shaker design. Incorporating the new Carriage and Crown shaker pack for the shaker bits, I attached a piece of delightful blue and white pattern paper for the outside card panel. The stamped couple adds an extra layer of cuteness, and the sentiment is just perfect for that special someone!

Merry and Bright!

 Happy Friday!

Tasha here sharing a new holiday card inspired by the Art Impressions "Making Spirits Bright Challenge". Now that the holiday season is in full swing, I am busy making Christmas cards and projects and love the new 5802 - Joyful Snowman Set!

I like all the little snowman stamps, but this one with the holiday lights is just too cute. When I was looking at it I kept thinking about cats playing with decorations and thought it would be fun to add a kitty to this card. The sweet cat is from the 5098 - Cozy Cat Cubbies Set and he fits perfectly next to the snowman.

The greeting is from the 5040 - Sleigh Bells Set and the whimsical font goes great with this Winter scene. I also used a light blue ink color to coordinate with the blue and silver colors used throughout the card. I love snowflakes!

Lastly, I added silver glitter paper, deep teal card stock, and a piece of check pattern paper from the Ai 5835 - Mini Journal Paper Pack to complete the card.

Thank you for checking out today's holiday card and I hope you will join in the "Making Spirits Bright Challenge"!

Pawsome Holiday Card!

 Happy Friday!

Tasha here sharing a holiday card featuring the 4936 - Christmas Wonder Set and new 5782 - Snowflake Frame Die from Art Impressions. This project was inspired by the current Art Impressions "Making Spirits Bright" Challenge and I love creating pet-themed Christmas cards!

To make the little outdoor scene, I stamped the animals and used masking paper to cover the image before ink blending the background. I also used colored pencils to add more color to ground and stenciled snowflakes with a glitter paste. I think the falling snow is so pretty!

To frame the center card, I used the new 5782 - Snowflake Frame Die. The frame fits around the trio perfectly and I love the snowflake pattern! I also added paw print pattern paper and layers of green and red card stock to bring in more holiday colors.

Lastly, I added an embossed "Seasons Greetings" sentiment from the 5566 - Christmas Sentiments Set and attached the card to a white card base to complete the design.

Thank you for checking out today's card and I hope you will participate in the "Making Spirits Bright" Challenge!

Dachshund Through the Snow Card!

 Happy Friday Friends!

Today I'm sharing a new holiday card featuring the Art Impressions 4937 - Santa Paws Set. This design was inspired by the current Ai "You're Such a Square!" Challenge and I just love making square cards!

To make this card, I stamped the little doggie and colored his festive clothing with markers before cutting him out. I also added foam tape and a little light gray shadow under him to make it look like he was jumping in the snow. I think his little winter outfit and the large bell are too cute!

For the background, I used a piece of snowflake pattern paper for the sky and attached a stitched hill for the ground. I also used Distress Oxide Ink for some extra blue color; I think the blue makes the white pop and look more like snow.

The greeting "Dachshund Through the Snow" was stamped with a light blue ink to coordinate with the snowy scene. I also attached layers of black, pink, and blue glitter paper to bring in more color and complete the project.

I hope you enjoyed today's card and will participate in the Art Impressions "You're Such a Square!" Challenge!
