Happy Monday everyone!
Today I'm excited to share a sneak peek of the new Monster Hugs Stamp Set from the Kindred Stamps August Release! This set is full of cute characters perfect for cards, scrapbooking, and Halloween crafts!
The first project is a family scene featuring four of the new characters and the cool Spiderweb Craft Die. This card reminds me of a family picture or a postcard; I also love the embossed greeting!
The second card features three monsters and the Haunted House Die. To go with the spooky theme, I created a night sky and added a few bats in the background. I also embossed "Fangs for the Memories" on to black paper to complete the design. I love the green blob character!
The third project is a fang-tastic tag featuring two characters and the "Blah, Blah, Blah" greeting. I used a bat pattern paper from the Spooky Hotel Paper Pack for the background and made a second little tag for the embossed wording. This would be awesome to use on a gift or on Halloween treat bags.
The last card features the werewolf and mummy characters and an outdoor scene. I thought the werewolf needed a full moon, so I created a large moon with a circle punch and stamped the greeting on the center. I also cut the Spooky Tree in half and layered it on both sides of the card and attached a blue enamel heart to complete the project.
