Good morning Friends!
Tasha here sharing two Cinco de Mayo cards created with the fun Fiesta Like There's No Manana Stamp Set from Maker Forte!
For my first card, I used strips of colored cardstock to create a bright background. These colors are so pretty and bring in a tropical vibe. I also added a golden glitter frame for extra sparkle and shine!
The greeting "Cinco de Mayo" was stamped with Color Hive Eclipse Black Ink and colored with coordinating colors. I also added layers of pink and green cardstock to the center card and used a white gel pen to add little accents to the letters.
The second project is a step fun fold card created with orange cardstock. I used white, red and green paper strips to make the side panels and added red glitter for sparkle.
The stamp used on this card has the "Happy Cinco de Mayo" sentiment with a sombrero and maracas. I also added the included piñata to make it more festive. I think this piñata would be great to use on a birthday card year round.
Lastly, I added a "Happy Hour Starts Now" greeting from the cool All Seasons Sentiments Version 2 paper collection. This paper gives a look similar to embossing on black paper and I love the white letters against a black background!
