2019 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop -Project 2

Hello and welcome back to my blog!

Today I am sharing my second coffee themed card made for the 2019 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop.

This fun card was created with the new Happy Cactus in Coffee Cup digital stamp from JessicaLynnOriginal; such a sweet image!

This image was colored with Copic markers and I used a white gel pen to add little details and the center heart on the cup. I love the pink, green, and purple colors against the orange sky!

Lastly, I layered the card on cream card stock and a pretty dark brown glitter paper before adhering it on to a 110 lb white card base. The sparkly brown shines in the light and makes a beautiful frame to complete this design!

2019 Spring/Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop -Project 2

Sit Back and Relax...

Hi everyone!

Sharing a cute card created for the Spring+Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop using the FREE Beach Brentwood digital stamp from JessicaLynnOriginal.

I love this cute beach scene of Brentwood chilling with his iced beverage. Totally makes me want to go on a tropical vacation!

The digi was printed on white card stock and colored with alcohol markers. I added tons of glitter on top of the coloring to give it a sun-kissed shimmer look. I love glitter!!!!

The paper layers were created with white card stock and a fun coffee bean themed pattern paper. I thought it looked great with the owl's cute hat! 

Lastly, I attached the card to the center of a petal pocket to complete the design.

Purr-Fect Pals

Welcome to my blog!

Today I'm sharing another fun critter card created for the Love Your Pets Hop 2018 sponsored by JessicaLynnOriginal.

For my card, I used this super sweet image from the NEW Celine's Kittens stamp set. I love the eyes on these cute cat images!!!

The cats were colored with alcohol markers and layered in the center of the card with foam tape. I really liked the way the bag turned out with; I used a layering technique to create this textured look.

The sentiment "Purr-Fect Pals" was stamped on white cardstock with blue ink. I created a simple banner by cutting each end and layered it on yellow plaid pattern paper to coordinate with the layers used on the card.

The outermost layer was cut with a scalloped die to frame the center card. I wanted to add in more color, so I layered a festive polka-dot pattern paper on to the base. Lastly, I attached a few mint green enamel dots to complete the project.

Happy Purrr-Day!

Sharing my third card created for the Love Your Pets Hop 2018 sponsored by JessicaLynnOriginal!

For my card I used the new Celine's Kittens stamp set to create this birthday card. I was inspired by this adorable kitty stamp and thought I would make a night sky scene to show the cat reading in the moonlight.

I colored the stamped image with markers and used white gel pen to give the cat hair some texture. I also added glitter to the book pages and little fish picture. I just love the shimmer!!!

The sentiment "Happy Purrr-Day" was stamped in purple ink on bright white cardstock. I layered the white on to a black glitter circle to resemble the moon shining brightly in the dark sky.

Lastly, I added two little white enamel stars on the star pattern paper. They match perfectly with the other stars, but again added some texture to the flat background. Next, I attached the card to a metallic copper card base to complete the design.

Happy Purrr-Day!

Yappy Birthday!

Good morning everyone!

Sharing a new birthday card today created with the new Flynn's Puppies Stamp Set from JessicaLynnOriginal! This card was made for the "Love Your Pets Blog Hop" happening now through April, 29th!

I just love the cute Corgi pup stamp included in this set and thought she had a princess look with the pretty flower crown. 

The pattern paper used on this card added to the princess look and a pink glitter frame gave tons of sparkle. This little corgi is just too sweet!!!!

To add a sentiment to the front of the card, but still allow the corgi image to be the main star. I stamped "Yappy Birthday" on coordinating yellow pattern paper and made a simple banner. It was attached to the bottom of the card with foam tape to give it some dimension. 

Lastly, this happy card was layered on a pale pink A2 sized card base to complete the design!

Yappy Birthday!

JessicaLynnOriginal Love Your Pet Blog Hop

Hi everyone and welcome to my stop on the JessicaLynnOriginal "Love Your Pets Blog Hop".

#LoveyourpetsHop2018

For my project I created this fun card using the NEW Flynne's Puppies Stamp set. 

The set includes X3 super adorable puppy images; I selected the one with the little toy. I have two doggies and they love their squeaky toys, so I was so excited to color this cute image and create a card with it!

The puppy was colored with alcohol markers and I added some clear glitter pen on top for shimmer. 

To add more sparkle, I used a golden glitter cardstock for the banner layer and scalloped frame. I thought the dark gold worked perfectly with the dog's fur color. The background paper is also dog themed and I like that it adds tons of color and interest, but still allows the sweet puppy to be the main focus.

Lastly, I adhered the card on to a white card base and stamped "Life is better with a dog!" inside. This sentiment will work for any time of the year and I can not wait to send it to a special friend!

JessicaLynnOriginal Love Your Pet Blog Hop

Coffee Lovers Winter Blog Hop

Hello and welcome back to my blog!

Today I am sharing my first entry into the 2017 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop. 

For my project I created a pretty pink card using the Limited Edition Winter 2017 Coffee Lovers Blog Hop digital stamp by Jessica Lynn Original!

I wanted this card to be bright and cheerful, so I used light colors and added tons of sparkle. 

There is always room for more glitter in my world!

Instead of centering the layers, I angled them to create a fun look and liked the scattered paper design. I also think the gold glitter paper really looks amazing next to all the different shades of pink!

To complete the card, I adhered the layers to a textured pink base and embellished with gold glitter pen and white gel accents.

Coffee Lovers Winter Blog Hop
