D2BA April Challenge

Hello!

Today I am happy to share my project for the April Dare 2B Artzy Challenge! 

For my design, I created a Z-Fold card with the lovely Happiness Blooms clear stamp set.

All of the images were stamped in D2BA black ink and I colored the floral designs with markers. To achieve a layered look, I stamped selected images multiple times, cut out sections of the flower pattern and built the design up. 
To embellish, I used glitter, white gel pen, and clear rhinestones. I love the little bits of sparkle; so pretty!

Lastly, I stamped the sentiment "Happiness Blooms Within" in the same black ink and created a gold glitter border to frame it. After, I adhered it to the middle card layer on top of some blue D2BA paper. This paper has a fun pattern, but the blue on blue color isn't too busy.

D2BA April Challenge

SBC April Challenge

Today starts the new Scrapbook Blessings Club April Challenge, and the theme this month is watercolored backgrounds! This challenge is sponsored by Bugaboo Digi Stamps and the prize is a $12.00 gift certificate to Bugaboo Digi Stamps! (YAY!)

To enter please visit the Scrapbook Blessings Club Facebook group page (HERE) and join the group. Next, create a project using some type of watercolored background. Any type of watercolor can be used and you can create any type of project (card, scrapbook layout, journaling page, planner page, tag...).

Once you have completed the project, take a photo and upload it to the April Challenge album found in the "Photos" tab of the group's Facebook page. 

All entries will be placed into a drawing on the first of May and once winner will be selected. 

Also, you can enter more than once to increase your chances of winning!
